For roasters
Your coffee on a new bar. No contract to sign.
Drop sealed bags at a partner café. It serves them as its guest coffee, with your name and a buy-a-bag QR beside every cup, and pays you for every gram used at the price you'd charge a café. BeansDrop keeps the count, from the offer to the last gram.
No fee to take part.
What you get
New bars, new drinkers, paid by the gram.
New cafés, no contract
Get on a specialty bar before any wholesale deal, minimum order or equipment loan. If it works for both sides, you already know each other.
Paid for every gram used
Consignment at the price you'd charge a café. Grams used to dial in count, and so do grams the café sells by weight.
Drinkers who find you
Your name is beside every cup. Anyone who loves it can scan the QR and buy a full bag straight from you.

Also included. Emails when a café accepts or declines your bag and on evenings it brews your beans, plus an email and a notification when a bag is ready to invoice and when the café pays it. A download of all your data, and closing your account once you've settled up with each café.
The numbers
One 500g bag, worked through.
Example numbers for one drop. You set the price per gram in your offer, and the café accepts at that price or declines.
You're paid for every gram ground, dial-in included, and for any grams the café sells by weight. Each bag is paid on its own invoice once it comes off the bar, by bank transfer or PromptPay within 15 days.
How getting paid works- Your retail price
- ~1,000 THB (2 THB/g)
- Your price to cafés, 25% below retail
- ~750 THB (1.5 THB/g)
- Cups with your name on them
- ~25
- Paid to you once the bag is used
- ~750 THB
The ~750 THB is the direct sale. The bigger win is the drinkers who go on to buy full bags from you.
Swap in your own prices. Each offer carries its own price per gram.
How it works
Five steps for every bag.
01
Offer
Offer your bag online at your price per gram. The café accepts or declines before you make the trip.
02
Drop
Bring sealed bags with printed roast dates, in the drop size the café asks for, plus a recipe card for each coffee.
03
Serve
Once it has rested, the café dials in from your recipe card and serves it as the guest coffee.
04
Weigh
The café weighs your bag at closing every day. You see each day's grams used on My bags.
05
Get paid
Once a bag comes off the bar, you upload one invoice for it. The café pays it within 15 days at your price, by bank transfer or PromptPay.
The life of a bag
Day 0
You roast it and print the date on the bag.
Day 3–21
Dropped at the café and checked.
Once rested
On bar as the guest coffee, with your name and QR beside it.
Day 45
If it hasn't finished, it comes off the bar by itself. With 15g or more left, the café buys the rest at half your price or returns it, and you have 14 days to collect it.
What we ask of you
Your side of the drop.
- One or two drops over the four-week pilot, each the size the café asks for, in sealed bags of 200g or more

- A recipe card for each coffee, with origin, process, tasting notes and a suggested dose, yield and time
- A buy link to your shop, LINE shop, Instagram or Shopee page, for the QR
- A heads-up if you'd rather cafés declined retail bags of your coffee dropped by customers
The pilot
What we do for you.
BeansDrop lists the partner cafés taking drops, so you can offer a bag online and hear back before the trip. Each café weighs your bag every day, and each bag that comes off the bar gets its own invoice. You can check both on My bags any time.
Week 0
Agree the terms, register, and get your recipe card and buy link ready. Offer your first bag.
Weeks 1–4
Your coffee goes on bar when its slot comes up. Follow the gram log any time.
Week 5
Go through the results together, from how fast it sold to the grams used each day. Continue, adjust or stop.
No fee to take part.
No obligation after the pilot. Either side can stop at any time, and grams already used are always paid.
